Privacy Notice

For owner review before launch. These terms and notices are not yet effective. Business address, jurisdiction, actual hosting practices and contact mailbox activation must be confirmed before publication.

RV Technology Consulting owns and operates Discover Life Rhythm. This notice describes the public website at discoverliferhythm.com as it is deployed today. Accounts and the private app at app.discoverliferhythm.com are not open yet; this notice will be replaced before they open, and before any health information is collected. Effective date: pending launch approval.

1. Information and purposes

Asking to be told when access opens. If you use the request form, we store the email address you enter, the optional name and note you choose to add, the time you agreed to be contacted, and a status. We use it only to tell you when access opens and to reply to you. Please do not put health details in the note. The form does not create an account and sends no automatic email.

Button and link clicks. When you select the main call-to-action links, the site records only which link was used, where on the page it was, and whether it leads to the app or a page section. These records contain no email address, IP address, health information or search text, and are used to see which wording is useful.

Server logs. Our web server records standard request details (IP address, time, requested page, response status, browser type) to deliver and protect the site. At the time of writing the server rotates these logs on a roughly two-week cycle; the exact period must be confirmed before this notice takes effect.

The website has no health-entry fields, advertising pixels, analytics libraries or embedded media players.

2. Sensitive health information

The website does not ask for or collect health information, and the app that would do so is not open. When it opens, entries may reveal health, emotional, financial, relationship or spiritual information. Before then, this notice will describe each type of information collected, the workspace and access model, retention and deletion, and any processors. No claim of HIPAA coverage or certification is made.

3. Providers and external links

The website is served from a server operated for RV Technology Consulting and hosted by Contabo. Our domain name service is provided by Porkbun, and our security certificates are issued by Let’s Encrypt. We have not audited every provider’s independent practices. The site uses local artwork and system fonts, with no external font requests. Podcast and research links open external websites with their own privacy practices.

Google sign-in, email verification delivery and cloud storage of health entries are planned, not enabled. Before activating them, we will describe the providers, data collected, purposes, location or cross-border handling, retention, legal bases where required, and your choices. Health information will not be sent to marketing lists or analytics by default.

4. Retention, export and deletion

We keep an access request until we have told you that access is open, you ask us to delete it, or we decide the list is no longer needed. Click records contain no personal information. Server logs are kept for the short rotation period described above. Backup and account deletion timelines for the future app are pending confirmation, and we will not describe an unverified period as a guarantee. Avoid emailing health details unless a secure process has been agreed.

5. Cookies and browser choices

See our Cookies & Storage Notice. The public website sets no cookies and does not use localStorage. The app, when it opens, will need essential sign-in cookies, which will be listed. There are no optional tracking categories to consent to today, and optional analytics or advertising will not be added silently.

6. Your requests and rights

Depending on applicable law and our actual processing, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain information, limit certain processing, withdraw consent, object, or complain to an authority. To ask us to delete or correct an access request, write to the privacy contact below with the email address you used. We will assess requests under the law that applies and will not require unnecessary health details to verify identity. This draft does not claim that every privacy statute applies to the business.

7. Security, children and updates

No online system can be guaranteed secure. The website is served over an encrypted connection. Discover Life Rhythm is intended for adults 18 and over, not children. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so we can address information we actually hold.

Before enabling cloud health storage, RV Technology Consulting must implement appropriate access controls, incident procedures, retention and deletion, and assess applicable health-data obligations. Material privacy changes will be disclosed before the new processing begins, with additional permission where required.
