Terms of Service

For owner review before launch. These terms and notices are not yet effective. Business address, jurisdiction, actual hosting practices and contact mailbox activation must be confirmed before publication.

Discover Life Rhythm is owned and operated by RV Technology Consulting (“we,” “us”). These draft terms describe the proposed conditions for using our website and personal well-being tool. Effective date: pending launch approval.

1. What the service does

The service offers education, personal reflection, habit planning and organization of your own observations. Accounts and the private app are not open yet. Features planned for a first release are described on the website and are not promises of delivery.

2. Care and safety

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, prescriptions or emergency monitoring. Content is general education and may not be appropriate for your individual circumstances. Consult qualified professionals about symptoms, chronic conditions, medication decisions and exercise adaptations. Do not delay necessary care or change medication because of this service. Contact local emergency services if you may be in immediate danger.

Personal experiments are optional and should stay within your abilities and existing care plan. Stop an activity that causes harm or distress and seek appropriate support. Personal observations and podcast discussions do not establish treatment effectiveness or cause and effect.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The proposed service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use it on behalf of a child or upload another person’s identifiable health information without appropriate authority. Accounts are not open yet; sign-in with Google or email and private cloud storage are being prepared and are not enabled. When accounts open, you will need to confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to these terms, as separate choices. You should keep login information secure, provide accurate account details and report suspected unauthorized use. Account access does not authorize access to anyone else’s records.

4. Your content and choices

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize us to process it only as necessary to provide the features you choose, as explained in the applicable Privacy Notice. These terms do not authorize sale of your health information, advertising use, AI training or public publication of your entries. Any future use beyond disclosed service purposes requires an appropriate separate basis and, where required, permission.

You choose whether to record observations, start an experiment, or stop. When accounts open, entries are planned to be stored in your own private workspace as described in the Privacy Notice in force at that time, with export and deletion controls. A file you export is a copy you keep.

5. Acceptable use

Do not access others’ information without permission, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, impersonate someone, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. Report a suspected security issue through support rather than accessing or retaining data beyond what is necessary to describe it.

6. Ownership and external material

Discover Life Rhythm’s original branding, artwork, website content and software are owned by RV Technology Consulting, except your content and third-party material. You may use the service and read or save its educational material for personal use. This does not transfer ownership or grant rights to reproduce third-party podcasts, research or licensed themes.

Hidden Brain and other cited publishers retain their respective rights. Links and brief summaries do not imply endorsement or affiliation. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Availability, payments and changes

The service may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We do not guarantee health outcomes, uninterrupted availability or accuracy of every external source. No paid plan, subscription or automatic renewal is offered by this reference website. Any future paid service must disclose its price, billing, cancellation and refund terms before purchase.

We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons, subject to applicable law. We will explain material changes to these terms before they take effect where required. Do not assume a new use of sensitive information is authorized merely because these terms change.

8. Legal rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not ask you to waive claims for unlawful conduct or mandatory consumer protections. Governing law, operator address and any dispute procedure must be reviewed and completed before this draft becomes effective; no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is included in this draft.
